 ALL DELIVERY METHODS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE

- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE IS IN TO SIGN FOR YOUR ITEM - 

We are currently unable to ship batteries outside of the UK.

This is due to the tightening of air regulations after recent incidents.

In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

This DOES NOT effect our UK customers.

 

All UK deliveries are within 24 Hours*  (Excluding Weekends)

International Deliveries are within 3 to 5 Days* (Excluding Weekends)

 

Express delivery may take up to two working days longer to the following locations and postcodes:-

  • The Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • The Isle of Wight
  • The Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland

BT, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR and ZE

 

We can deliver to the BFPO (British Forces Post Office), but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Hospitals, Airports and Prisons.

*Orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day (Up to 2pm Friday). Orders placed after 2pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

How it works

Contact us by Phone (01536 609333) or Email (Contact@AppleiPodParts.com) giving us the details for your return and the reason why. We will need your order number if you would like a replacement or refund.

Need to return an item? No problem!

But before you do, why not give us a call? We may be able to help you with your problem without the need to send it back...

Our UK phone lines are manned by professional engineers and support staff to help you every step of the way, you can contact us either by phone or our email support system. 

Please give us a call on +44 (0)1536 609333 and we will be more than happy to help, if you call during UK office hours you will most likely get straight through but if not then please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you asap.
